http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Somerset

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frome#History

Equivalent to four years pay in one big jar.

Loads of follower to contribute that kind of amount.

Wealthy maybe from tin or wool.

Loads of hoard found near somerset.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_hoard...-British_hoards

People near there must be really wealthy, thier location is far from the port or pier where cargo and boats come and go and where transaction happen exchange of goods.

Seen some map in the web that main export of Britannia are tin and wool both needed water to be process and the boundaries of minning and wool production is near somerset.

List of hundreds wealthiest in frome or somerset in frome wikipedia section during williams time.

Some older map seen in TV have river as a road for shipment of products, especially in the northern england where there is no good road available in ration of land area central england and northern england can grow sheep than somerset.

Maybe romans just get the wool up north upto picts, scotia, hibernia and process them like in somerset if they can pass through the hadrian wool just a comment.

Maybe custom and tariff tax.

Wealthy.

Maybe water tax.

http://tiol.in/RC2/print_story.php?newsid=...The%20Wall'

Loads of money to construct a wall what is the return?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hadrian's_Wall

And during the middle ages England is one on the top in producing wool second only in Spain.

Present day replace by cotton...

Isle of wright is much nearer in that area and the isle is used as a fort long before the roman arrived.

Or somerset ports pass the hadrian wall. wool coming from hibernia or celodonia.

Only temple and bath house,offering.

or warm water used for cleaning wool and for removing wax.

No sign of roman wool factory in that area.

If it is for good harvest, the weather is not that good that time.
cycle of little ice age,la nina or el nino, global warming or cooling?

the weather might effect the quality of the wool.

If it is an offering which belief or religion?

On that time beliefs are tolerated by the roman and druids fall in 170AD??,just a comment.

And if it is an offering no temple or who is authorised or conduct the offering, four years wage in one big jar no barn or temple, just a comment.

Then the emperor divided the country into four provinces and dioletian made britannia part of a diocese under a vicarius.
